UK Delivery Costs and Times

Delivery charges on each product are detailed on the individual product page. Books and DVD's are usually dispatched and delivered within 7 working days. Multiple book and large quantity deliveries require a signature and it is important we have the full and correct delivery address (including company name if applicable). Your order will be sent once:


i) payment has been approved; and
ii) your delivery address has been verified.


Webinars are delivered electronically, and no additional charges are incurred. Webinars are usually sent within 2 working days of ordering.

Should there be a delay to your delivery, we shall inform you as soon as possible.

UK Islands and Non-Mainland Delivery


Additional charges may apply for delivery to non-mainland locations. We will contact you after your order has been received, should this occur. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney and Shetland Islands.
 

Non UK (Overseas) Deliveries:

Delivery to United States and Canada - within 14 working days
£4.99 per item - to a US or Canadian address (except Hawaii and US outlying territories, which will incur an additional charge £1 per item.)

Delivery to Europe - 7 to 10 working days
£4.99 per item - Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland

Rest of the World - within 14 working days
£9.99 per item. 

An invoice or PACE preferred method of payment will be notified to you after your order for any additional charges payable.


Out of Stock

Occasionally, for example when there are unexpected levels of demand, some items may be out of stock. We will always try our best to inform you when items are not available and when we expect them back in stock. Please check the individual product on the website for the most up-to-date information. If you have ordered anything out of stock, we will inform you of this. If you do have any queries and feel the need to speak to someone, please call us on +(44)1932 260062.


Book and DVD Exchanges and Returns

We operate a 28 day return or exchange policy should you change your mind on your purchase. Please contact +(44)1932 260062 for more information. Damaged goods cannot be returned. It is your responsibility to ensure DVD items are compatible with your player and region.


Please ensure to send any returned items back via Recorded Delivery to avoid items getting lost.

All Webinar purchases are strictly non-refundable.


Please note: We have made every reasonable effort to describe items as accurately as possible, however slight variations may occur with text descriptions. The PACE Partners LLP shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from breach of duty in contract or any other way. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights. For training purposes we sometimes monitor and record incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
