PACE unveils new client-winning tool Print E-mail

Consultancy business The PACE Partnership has launched a new software application aimed at winning and retaining clients.


The PACE Pipeline Management software, developed in collaboration with software developer White Springs, is an interactive tool for Lawyers and other professional fee earners.  Incorporating the PACE pipeline model, the software aims to provide lawyers with a clear picture of their business development processes and practices. 


White Springs approached the consultancy about developing an application.  “Clients were telling us, ’we like the PACE methodology and we would like a bit more help with implementing it in the workplace,’” said The PACE Partnership’s Marketing Manager, Michelle Gahagan.


Gahagan added that the software will also be accessible to smaller firms the PACE consultants do not typically work with, such as people who have read the company’s two books on business development and want help putting the strategies into practice.


Paul Denvir, a Partner at PACE, said: “This has been a fantastic opportunity to put PACE thinking into practice and gives lawyers ‘real time’ support at the touch of a button to manage their new business efforts.”


A single-user version of the PACE Pipeline Management Software costs £99 and a 30-day free trial is available at www.pacepipeline.com.  A multi-user networked version is also planned, which the company is hoping to release over the next year.  PACE is in discussion with a number of clients about the development of bespoke software for integration with their IT systems.
