Many marketers and business development professionals have struggled to implement cross-selling initiatives to a successful conclusion. Yet most firms recognise that generating more business from existing clients is more cost-effective and profitable than trying to win new clients.

Clients too are demanding greater value and a more pro-active approach from their advisers.


There are examples of firms which have undertaken a number of cross-selling activities which have been viewed as valuable by both clients and fee-earners alike. This workshop will share some of these ideas and activities and in doing so will reveal:
 

  • How to build client loyalty through cross-selling
  • How to cross-sell to clients without appearing pushy or losing our professionalism
  • What stops fee-earners cross-selling
  • How to motivate fee-earners to cross-sell
  • What marketing can do to support the cross-selling effort
