We believe that just as technical ability can be developed and fine-tuned, so can leadership and management skills also believe that leadership is not the domain of just CEOs, senior partners or managing partners.  It is vital at all the different levels of the most successful and great firms.

Even when a firm may not be recognised as being well led from the top, we see many examples of specialist teams being well led by individuals with no aspiration to be CEO or managing partner.
