As we move into April, PACE highlight the varied array of activities and projects that our team have been undertaking.

Here are some of the assignments that we've been working on:
 

• Working with a national law firm, helping them to put action plans together to defend their Crown Jewel clients
• Helping a number of fee earners build stronger, wider, deeper relationships with their clients at one of the UK's most successful actuarial firms
• Helping actuaries in Lisbon develop relationships with existing clients and to help them create meetings with target clients
• Helping engineering consultants in the Middle East maintain strong client relationships in a tightening climate
• Advising client teams made up of engineers, quantity surveyors and architects develop key client plans for their public sector clients
• Facilitating a session with a group of junior fee earners at the UK's largest independent Transport Planning consultancy. This was to assist them with their plans to develop existing relationships and build new ones
• Completed a DVD designed to demonstrate best practice in client engagement
