The start of 2009 has continued to be both productive and busy for all at The PACE Partners™ . Here's some of the activities that were undertaken in January:
- Worked with the business development team at a leading national law firm on how to manage Crown jewel client teams
- Continued working with a marketing and business development team to help them coach and implement best practice with fee earners
- Conducted one to one coaching with the transport planning consultancy of a major engineering firm
- Helped one of the leading actuarial firms with building client relationships
- Ran a workshop programme in Dubai on developing engineers skills in handling difficult clients
- Continued working with a global infrastructure consultancy helping to embed an approach to tenders which is delivering a 70-80% conversion rate
- Prepared to work with our partner in Hong Kong to train consultants from China, India, Philipines, Japan and Australia to deliver PACE Thinking throughout Asia-Pacific
