So what have we been up to in July?  If you enjoyed our summary of June's highlights, here are some of the projects that kept us busy in July.

  • Helping partners from an international law firm lead and manage a business development initiative
  • Writing an article for Accountancy Magazine on how to handle successful fee negotiations
  • Working with a leading law firm on formulating industry sector business growth plans
  • Running our third on-line seminar - ‘how to conduct successful first meetings with prospective clients’ – and having over 100 fee-earners listen in
  • Facilitating a discussion with a  ‘think-tank’ of senior marketing professionals from across the professional services sector
  • Coaching fee-earners from a firm of forensic accountants on best practice behaviours in winning new business
  • Holding our annual planning day – a firm-wide event in PACE which establishes the strategy and actions needed to continue our growth in the next financial year
  • Developing a new programme to equip professionals in a major bank with best practice sales meeting skills
  • Reviewing and helping a major regional law firm’s with their response to tender to a national public sector organisation
  • Working with a leading property firm to introduce a new business development process and culture
  • Launching our new book, Growing Your Client Base
