What have we been up to?

Wow October was a busy month for us and very varied in what it found us doing. Here are some of the highlights:

  • Facilitating personal development planning meetings with partners in a
    national property firm
  • Writing an article on talent management for PM Magazine
  • Running a key client management programme for a major Scottish Firm
  • Appearing on Accountancy Age TV to discuss coaching
  • Conducting a client perception study for a law firm
  • Running a ‘Selling to New & Existing Clients’ programme for engineers
    in Leeds
  • Writing an article on pitching and tendering for Accountancy Magazine
  • Reviewing a regional law firm’s pitch performance to help it improve
    its success in the future
  • Speaking at three conferences on the subject of developing a business
    development culture
  • Coaching 9 partners in a law firm on best practice in handling first
    meetings
  • Delivering an online seminar on the subject of cross-selling to 186
    delegates
  • Advising a property firm on the issue of talent management
  • Attending one of our law firm client’s ‘supplier networking’ event
  • Writing an article for Legal Week on the subject of delighting key
    clients
  • Having other articles published in Accountancy Age’s ‘Best Practice’
    Magazine and on Legal Hub
  • Coaching accountants on winning business, creating new clients and managing their business pipeline
  • Developing a team of lawyers’ consultative selling skills and helping them generate more opportunities from their client meetings
  • Helping a property client team truly understand a client’s business, what affects it and how to build relationships with its senior executives
  • Introducing a structured approach to key client management within a law firm
  • Helping out and getting very muddy at a Devon school’s outward bound
    event, along with fellow special constables
