What have we been up to?

Well the darker nights and mornings last month didn’t seem to deter us. November proved just as busy and exciting as October. Here are some of the highlights:

  • Running an on-line seminar on how to build an effective referral network, in which over 120 fee-earners participated
  • Presenting at a leading property firm’s annual conference
  • Visiting a new member of PACE's international network in Hong Kong to help them launch PACE thinking in Asia
  • Facilitating a workshop for delegates at the 2007 LETG (Legal Education Training Group Conference) on the subject of developing rainmakers
  • Delivering a ‘building effective client relationships’ workshop to one of our clients in the Middle East
  • Writing an article on getting a better return on investment for your business development training
  • Running an advanced client development workshop for a national firm of actuaries
  • Conducting a ‘selling to new and existing clients’ workshop for a national property consultancy
  • Planning our 2008 online seminar series
  • Delivering a seminar for PM Forum members in London on ‘Managing The Client Experience To Gain Competitive Advantage’
  • Presenting at a national law firm’s partners’ conference
  • Running a cross-selling workshop with fee-earners at a magic circle law firm
  • Writing articles on the challenges of talent management
  • Running a seminar for PSMG members in Birmingham on 'Lessons from BtoB Marketing and Business Development'
