What have we been up to?

If you’re interested in how December kept us occupied, here’s a list of the projects and activities that kept us active:

  • Responding to an increased number of new business enquiries and undertaking a series of new business meetings with prospective clients as a result
  • Winning a client review project for a major UK accountancy firm
  • Running an ‘advanced client development’ programme for a firm of actuaries
  • Running an on-line seminar on how to conduct great client review meetings, in which over 120 fee-earners participated
  • Launching the availability of our on-line seminar series as downloadable audio/visual files
  • Running a ‘managing internal client relationships’ programme for a magic circle law firm
  • Winning a business development and sales programme for a major food company looking for an edge in the fmcg sector
  • Having our article  ‘Take Control Of Your Future’ published in PM Magazine
  • Thanking our clients in a number of festive lunches, drinks and get-togethers – more scheduled in the new year
  • Revamping our services section on the PACE website so it now has an A to Z listing and other new features
  • Celebrating the past year with colleagues at the annual PACE Xmas do and thanking our spouses and friends for putting up with us over the last 12months!
  • Preparing our new year gift so it’s ready to send out to clients in the first week of January
  • Planning a great 2008
