What have we been up to?

There were no April fools for PACE last month. Instead the PACE people were kept out of mischief with a lot of innovative and exciting projects from our clients and contacts. Here’s a summary of some of the things that kept us busy! Thank you to all the clients and contacts involved.

  • Running an off-site strategy meeting with the board of a major UK property firm.
  • Designing a sales development programme with specific ‘experiential’ case studies based on the real life experiences of the client’s senior management team.
  • Working with the tax team of a major legal firm to help them formulate a business development plan.
  • Coaching assessors for the creation of an assessment and development centre.
  • Delivering a teambuilding workshop for a major engineering firm.
  • Coaching an individual senior equity partner to use his fame to begin the process of winning a number of  ‘crown jewel’ clients (ones which are likely to generate £500K - £1m fees per annum).
  • Designing a programme to help a regional law firm build differentiators and an exceptional client experience following an independent brand/client awareness feedback study.
  • Running and hosting a drinks party for some of our clients at Inn The Park, St James’s Park.
  • Winning an instruction from a leading human capital consultancy to help them proactively win new clients across Europe over the next 12 months.
  • Running an online seminar for the members of PSMG on the subject of ‘securing fee-earner buy-in’.
  • Helping property consultants move from a reactive approach to business development by using PACE Pipeline process.  This has identified focussed actions in an arena where the professionals have very little available time
