What have we been up to?

...Here are some of the highlights of PACE activities during the summer:

  • Had our article on 'effective fee-negotiation' published in Legal Week
  • Ran a workshop with the Moscow office of an international law firm to help format a marketing strategy and individual business development plans for the fee-earners.
  • Worked with a property firm to design an 18 month leadership development programme for their 'future leaders'
  • Attended the PSMG summer drinks
  • Coached actuaries on effective client development practices
  • Had our article on 'cross-selling' published on Legal Hub
  • Helped an engineering consultancy with their client engagement around sustainability
  • Worked with eight practice areas of a legal firm to produce business development plans
  • Gave pitch coaching to a group of environmental consultants for a presentation and interview to win an agri-environmental framework
  • Designed a business development induction programme for associates of a major regional law firm
  • Went to one of the Queen’s garden parties
