What have we been up to?

The last few weeks have been exceptionally busy for PACE Partners with activities across a range of clients and continents.

Here's some of the work and events that PACE have been working on:
  • Facilitated a two day leadership workshop for a leading property firms ‘future leaders’ programme
  • Consulted with the Brussels office of a global management consultancy
  • Coordinated interviews for leading figures in professional service firms about how to engage fee earners in business development
  • Coached an international law firm in Moscow about turning business development into practice
  • Worked with client managers within a leading firm of actuaries on key client management, helping them generate plans to manage, protect and develop their key client relationships
  • Coached a senior management team from a leading engineering consultancy firm in the Middle East to help them develop their annual business plan and achieve increased growth
  • Concluded a 9-month long programme of interventions with a leading consultancy in The Netherlands
  • Delivered a web seminar on the subject of ‘client management in difficult times'
