How to Sell Professional Services

Host: Gary Williams
Location: 22-23 May: Birmingham / 25-26 May: London / 5-6 June: Bristol

We are delighted to launch a new two-day workshop on how to sell Professional Services

Very few professional advisers join their profession in order to ‘sell’.  And yet winning new business is a vital part of a fee-earners’ daily remit – especially if they are partners of the firm, or planning to be so.

So how do you ensure that the first meetings with a prospective client form the start of a long-term and mutually profitable relationship?

And as a professional adviser, what behaviours and selling skills are appropriate?  Which will have a positive effect but, at the same time, maintain your total professionalism?

The PACE Partnership is delighted to launch a new two-day workshop.  The ‘How to Sell Professional Services’ programme will provide professional advisers (or those looking to coach their fee-earners) with an essential toolkit that will ensure they become better and more confident in handling sales situations.

Programme content
The programme will equip participants with:
 •  The ‘selling’ behaviours that bring success, when selling professional services
 •  A structure for making business development meetings really effective
 •  The ability to create a positive and powerful impression in the first five minutes
 •  The ability to build credibility and trust in the eyes of the prospective client
 •  A clearly communicated positioning of their firm’s strengths in relation to the client
 •  The ability to motivate prospective clients to share information and understanding
 •  An understanding of how to take the selling process forward to a successful conclusion

In order to develop participants’ skills in successfully selling professional services, the sessions will be highly interactive.  They will combine a rich blend of theory, example, discussion, situational simulation, practice and coaching.

The skillset developed during this programme can be put into action immediately back in the workplace.
