PACE People
PACE consultants have significant senior management experience in major organisations. Our people are all experienced in working with professional services firms. We select from these the team that best fits the client. We are involved in developing relationships and new business for The PACE Partnership, as well as implementing programmes with clients.
We do not have people specialising in relationship development and others in delivering the service. This means that our people, who are involved in developing other people's skills, are using these skills on a regular basis. Each person in The PACE Partnership has their own personal style, but there is a very high level of consistency in the core messages and in the quality of delivery.
All PACE Consultants have a deep practical as well as theoretical understanding of the processes, skills and behaviours that improve leadership, business development and client relationship management.
