Introduction

With over 25 years in sales, business development management and “marketeering”, I draw on a broad range of experience, knowledge and lessons learnt in helping clients enhance the skill set of their teams focused on business development / sales / client management. I admit, it’s a bit of “been there, done that, got the t shirt”. However, having been on the receiving end, as a client, of PACE and of “PACE Thinking” I concluded that I had a lot to learn as well as to impart! So now I implement tailored PACE training, add in my experience and passion, and help clients with their #1 objective: to win and keep more business at the right price from the right clients in competitive markets. Above all else, I love enabling and watching others succeed – that’s my drive and it’s what gets me out of bed in the morning.
